Who we are
Crumpled is an independent online shop selling digital wallpapers. By buying from or using this site you agree to these terms. Questions go to askerg1501@proton.me.
What you buy
Each wallpaper is sold as a pair of PNG image files, one sized for MacBook Pro 14″ and one for MacBook Pro 16″. The pack contains every wallpaper in the collection. Nothing physical is shipped. Prices are shown in US dollars on the site and at checkout.
Payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem (creem.io). Creem is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it processes the payment, charges any applicable sales tax or VAT, and handles billing questions and returns. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery
After a successful payment you are taken to your order page, where the files can be downloaded straight away. We may also email you a link to that page. The link keeps working, so keep it somewhere safe. If you lose it, write to askerg1501@proton.me from the email you paid with and we will send it again.
Refunds
Because the files are delivered instantly, purchases are generally final. We will refund you in full if the files don’t download or are faulty and we can’t fix it, if you were charged twice for the same order, or if you bought by mistake and haven’t downloaded anything yet. Write to askerg1501@proton.me within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Creem. This doesn’t limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
Licence
The artwork stays ours. Buying a wallpaper gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files as wallpaper on your own devices. You may not resell, share, redistribute, print for sale, or use the files in commercial work, and you may not use them to train machine-learning models.
Trademarks
Crumpled is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Apple Inc. Mac and MacBook Pro are trademarks of Apple Inc., used here only to describe which screens the files fit.
Liability
The site and files are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one shown here when you placed it.
