Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect only what we need to sell you wallpapers and deliver them: your email address and what you bought. No accounts, no advertising, no tracking cookies, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

• Order details. When you pay, our reseller Creem passes us your email address, the items you bought, the amount paid and an order reference. We use these to give you your download page and to answer support requests.
• Payment details. Your card and billing details go to Creem, not to us. Creem handles them under its own privacy policy at creem.io.
• Emails you send us. If you write to askerg1501@proton.me, we keep the conversation to help you.
• Performance data. We use Vercel Speed Insights to measure how fast pages load. It collects anonymous technical data, such as page URL, device type and load times, and doesn’t use cookies or identify you.

Stored on your device

Your cart is kept in your browser’s local storage so it survives a page reload. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Who processes your data for us

• Creem: payments, tax and billing, as Merchant of Record.
• Supabase: the database that stores order details.
• Vercel: hosting this site and the anonymous performance data above.
• Resend: sending the email with your download link.

Some of these providers process data outside your country, under their own safeguards for international transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep order details for as long as your download page should work and as long as tax and accounting rules require. Support emails are deleted once they’re no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to askerg1501@proton.me from the email you paid with. Deleting your order details also turns off your download page. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
